Mike, Jen & Gracie Gelsick
Since 2010, Gelsick Home Inspection has been dedicated to offering only the best to our customers. Together, we created a brand that captured our passion for the real estate industry and built that business on relationships. We initially began with offering home inspections throughout North Central PA, and have since grown to a full service firm including commercial services and regularly covering a more than 70 mile radius of Saint Marys, PA.
More than a decade later, we still are, and always will be, a family business. We want the best for our clients, and are always available after the inspection for any questions or concerns that may need to be addressed.

Michael O. Gelsick
Mike earned a B.S. in Business Marketing in 2005 from Saint Vincent College. He is certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute, a full member in good standing with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and fully compliant with the Pennsylvania Home Inspection Law. Mike is also a Certified Professional with the Building Performance Institute and is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection as a Radon Testing Individual, PA DEP ID #2809. He is an instructor and course author for McKissock Real Estate Education. Mike is a Certified Master Inspector and has performed thousands of inspections.
Jennifer R. Gelsick
Jennifer graduated with honors in 2005 from Saint Vincent College with a B.S in Business Management and a minor in French. After working in the insurance and healthcare industries, she co-founded Gelsick Home Inspection, LLC and keeps operations running smoothly as our inspection coordinator.

What is an inspection?
An inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential or commercial dwelling in order to identify material defects within specific components. Components include a combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing and other essential areas of the property as identified and agreed to by the client and inspector prior to the inspection process.

- Receive Report — Upon completion of services, you will receive a comprehensive, easy to understand report – complete with pictures.
